CONVOCAZIONE ASSEMBLEA GENERALE ORDINARIA DEL
CLUB ITALIANO LAGOTTO – QUINTINO TOSCHI
Comunichiamo che giovedì 25 maggio 2023 è convocata per le ore 23:30 in prima convocazione e per
VENERDI’ 26 MAGGIO 2023 ALLE ORE 20:00
In seconda convocazione l’Assemblea Generale Ordinaria del C.I.L.
Assemblea sarà svolta, sia in prima che in seconda convocazione, mediante collegamento ed autentificazione in modalità remota via web, e sarà da considerarsi tenuta presso la Segreteria.
Possono partecipare tutti i Soci in regola con la quota associativa 2023, chi non lo avesse ancora fatto può rinnovare la tessera entro il 19/05/2023.
I Soci per partecipare dovranno registrarsi tassativamente entro il 19/05/2023.
ASSEMBLEA ONLINE
L’Assemblea si svolgerà online utilizzando la piattaforma ZOOM.
E’ consigliabile l’utilizzo di un personal computer ma è possibile partecipare anche collegandosi con uno smartphone, in ogni caso sono consigliate cuffie o auricolari.
REGISTRAZIONE PARTECIPANTI
I Soci per poter partecipare all’Assemblea dovranno registrarsi tassativamente entro il 19/05/2023, al fine di ricevere via email le credenziali per l’accesso alla riunione.
DELEGHE
Ogni socio votante può esprimere ulteriori due voti con presentazione di deleghe di soci assenti, in questo caso il delegato riceverà le credenziali di voto di ogni delegante e potrà ripetere il voto per ogni delega ricevuta.
Al fine di trasmettere le credenziali di voto relative, le deleghe dovranno pervenire alla Segreteria tassativamente entro il 19/05/2023.
Chi intende delegare un altro socio a rappresentarlo in Assemblea NON DEVE REGISTRARSI, deve solo inviare la delega compilata.

E’ molto importante indicare un indirizzo email valido e funzionante perché a questo indirizzo email arriveranno nella settimana precedente l’Assemblea
le credenziali per l’accesso alla riunione!!
e’ opportuno controllare anche la casella POSTA INDESIDERATA per accertarsi che la mail con le credenziali non sia stata scartata.
- — Nel caso di registrazione ricevuta correttamente viene inviato un messaggio e-mail di conferma all’indirizzo di posta elettronica indicata (tante volte arriva nella cartella “Spam” o “Posta indesiderata”), ed appare un messaggio di corretto invio della registrazione in testa ed in coda al modulo.
- — Nel caso di registrazione non riuscita appare un messaggio di errore su sfondo rosa in testa ed in coda al modulo e vengono evidenziati in rosa i punti da completare o modificare e che comunque sono causa dell’errore.
- — Se non si riceve entro 24 ore la conferma è necessario ripetere la registrazione.
- — MODIFICARE la registrazione: – nel caso che si è fatta una registrazione con dati sbagliati o qualsiasi altro errore E’ NECCESSARIO RIPETERE LA REGISTRAZIONE con i dati giusti! – COMPILANDO DI NUOVO IL MODULO DI REGISTRAZIONE!!

- — If your registration was sent correctly you will get an confirmation email at the email-address indicated by you (many times it arrives in “Spam”) , and a message of correct sending will appear in the top and bottom of the registration form.
- — If your registration is not successful an error message on rose base color will appear in the top and bottom of the registration form and the fields to compile or to modify will be highlighted in rose color.
- — If you don’t get the confirmation email into 24 hours it’s neccesary to repeat the registration.
- — To modify the registration: if it’s made a registration with wrong datas, or any other error, it’s neccesary to repeat the registration with the right datas, filling again the registration-form with the correct datas.

CONVOCATION OF THE ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF ITALIAN LAGOTTO CLUB – QUINTINO TOSCHI
We inform you that on Thursday 25(th) May 2023 is called for 23:30 p.m. on first call and on
FRIDAY 26(th) MAY 2023 AT 20:00 a.m.
on second call, the Ordinary General Meeting of the C.I.L.
The Meeting will be held, both on first and second call, by connection and authentication remotely via the web, and will be considered held at the Secretariat.
Only all Members in good standing with the 2023 membership fee can participate and vote; those who have not yet done so can renew their card by 19(th) May 2023.
In order to participate, Members must be registered strictly by 19(th) May 2023.
ONLINE MEETING
The Members’ Meeting will take place online using the ZOOM platform.
Recommended the use of personal computer but it is also possible to participate by with a smartphone connection. In any case headphones or earphones are required.
PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION
In order to participate in the Assembly, Members must register them strictly by 19(th) May 2023, in order to receive the credentials for access to the Meeting and for voting via email.
DELEGATIONS
Each voting member can express two more votes with the presentation of proxies from absent members. In this case the delegate will receive the voting credentials of each delegator and can repeat the vote for each proxy received. In order to transmit the relative voting credentials, the proxies must be sent to the Secretariat of C.I.L. strictly by 19(th) May 2023.
Who intends to delegate another club-member to represent him in the Assembly MUST NOT REGISTER, he only needs to send the completed proxy.
